Wombat composed by Vince Hopkins, it is played in a traditional jazz guitar trio setting featuring the most famous benchmark jazz guitar, the Gibson Super 400 CES, and double bass played by Patrick Schmidli, drums played by Darryn Farrugia, The piece depicts the Australian mammal, the Wombat, as he staggers down the outback Aussie dirt track, picking up speed, staggering again and wobbling off in the distance.
